Wow, only 3 shows under my belt and I already got my blog started! I'm a ninja for sure. Thanks Kailyn for helping set it up. You are the true blog ninja, but I get to take the credit.
We have covered so many topics so far and so many more to come. The show will go to 2 hours starting Dec. 8th so I won't feel so much like I am running out of time. That will allow me to address topics more completely as well.
This Saturday the 1st will be a great show with a special guest who is working out hard during her cancer treatments with great results. I love these stories. It inspires us all and makes us complain less!
